Mindfulness šŸ§˜ā€ā™‚ļø éœč§€ļ¼šhave Me-time, practice mindful breathing.


Find yourself some Me-time everyday. 10-15mins is enough. Focus solely on yourself. Focus on your body first: Is there any discomfort/pain? Which part of you is aching? What colors can u see in your room? What smell do u like? What’s your surrounding? Do u hear anything? Feel your skins, is it dry or moist? Can u feel the air/wind flowing? How is your breathing? Is it shallow/deep?


Then gently shift the attention to your mind: What’s on your mind right now? What are u thinking? How are u feeling? Is there anything you are worrying?


Focus on here and now, not the past, not the future, just the present, solely in this very moment. Not judgement, just be a observer. Observe your emotions, thoughts, worries, etc.

Describe them and write it down on a piece of paper. Keep it in your journal. You will find yourself refreshed and energised. Pls try and practice for a week.
