Characteristics:

• Ni-hero means that INFJs have very  strong willpower. They have already figured out  what they want for their lives in early age. Also, once they decide to do something that is worthwhile, they are unstoppable. They will finish the job/task until it is done.

• Fe-parent means that they have high level of empathy, including cognitive empathy and emotional empathy. They are able to understand/read a person within a short period of time.

• Ti-child means that they value critical thinking and logical thinking. They are mainly sentimental but with a sense of reasoning. Usually they would build healthy boundaries between them and others for different reasons, but mainly to protect themselves. They are mature souls in young bodies. Most of them have grown wisdom before entering adulthood.

• Se-inferior means that INFJs are afraid of giving other’s bad experiences. Therefore, sometimes they can be people pleasers.

• Since they have Te-trickster and Si-demon, they are not good at reading statistics and little they care about reputations. Their long-term memory is pretty weak as well. They might not be able to recall something happened long time ago.

• They are quick learners as well. They can read a person like a book and apply adaptations, so they can get along well with that person. Thus they are like shape shifters or mirrors. They usually excel in interpersonal relationships. But they choose their friends and inner circles very carefully. They value their alone/me time, they like to spend time on things that cultivate self-growth and meaningful. They are highly independent and efficient. They are excellent co-workers and supervisors.

• They are perfectionists, they hold themselves and sometimes others at high standards. With such high EQ and IQ, there is a dark side in them. They can be too harsh on themselves and can be manipulative at times, if you stand between them and their goals.

Who are ISFJs? (aka Defender)

Temperaments: Concrete, Affiliative and Systematic (SJ type/Guardians)

Characteristics:

• Si hero means ISFJs has super high capacity of long-term memory. They are really good at reciting things and recalling them, which means they usually perform well in primary and secondary school. And they are very detailed-oriented. They are good at spotting small details and mistakes. Si also means they are duties based. They usually do not do what they want, but do what the obligations lead them to. They are very responsible people, very good employees.

• Fe parent means they have high level of empathy. They are able to absorb and understand other’s feelings instantly. It’s like their  gut feelings/six senses on automatic mode. That’s why they are caring and good at taking care others. Nurse and social workers is some of the occupations that they thrive on. However, the combination of Si hero and Fe parent, has one crucial danger. They are too kind and would easily get burnt or manipulated by others. They can be in burn out mode very quickly as they don’t know how to protect their kindness and generosity.

• Ti-child means that logical thinking is not their strong suit. But definitely can be developed.

• Ne-inferior means that they are afraid of choosing different pathways. They are afraid being different. Safety is very important to them, so they seldom take risks and accept challenges.

• ISFJ is one the most common types. It is estimated 20% female are ISFJs, 8-10% males are ISFJs. In total, they contribute 13.8% of the population.

• Their hobbies usually are gardening, petting animals, making artworks, cooking, etc. They enjoy their alone time. They are usually quiet and polite. However, when they find someone who is capable to understand them, they surely can talk and talk for hours.

• Their stress coping mechanisms usually is suppression.  They bottle up stress after stress after stress, and eventually they burnt out, left out depressed, anxious… They must learn how to express themselves and find ways to alleviate their stress, anxiety and other negative emotions. Otherwise, it will become a huge problem in their lives.

ENFP aka Advocate

Temperaments: Abstract, Affiliative, Interest (Idealist type)

Characteristics:

• Ne-hero means ENFPs are experts of pathfinders and the metaphysics. They are like ENTPs, good at foreseeing the future and able to find ways to solve/cope with different problems. Since they can see many perspectives, their minds are often scattered and many of them were diagnosed with ADD(attention deficit disorder).

• The 2nd cognitive function is Fi, which means they have high moral standards, and their feelings are the keys of their decisions-making.

• Te-child means they value very much about their reputations and they are good at reading statistics and big datas.

• Si-inferior means they are afraid of their past. They are constantly haunted by their past, it might affect their here and now performance and have launch failure syndromes. They easily get bored as well, they hate repetitive admin work. They tend to seek jobs that are interesting and meanful to them.

• Their shadow/unconscious is INFJ, which means they have Ti-trickster and Se demon. Ti-trickster means that they are lack of logical thinking. On their minds, everything can be right, it depends on the situations. This cause them many problems and troubles in life, as they make important decisions based on their Fi (feelings).

• Se demon means that they have poor short-term memory. They often forgets and loses their stuffs and belongings. They are not good at reciting or memorising things. Therefore they usually don’t have good academic performance in primary and middle schools. But they perform matter at higher education settings or workplaces.

• As employees, they are at their best when management do not micromanage them. And allow them to work freely and speak their minds, even though it could be chaotic sometimes during the thinking process.

• They are open-minded supervisors/employers. They advocate self-growth and are able to see other persons' potentials.

• They are excellent sales, because they are really good at selling ideas and advocating for the minorities. If they are focused, they can be very powerful in social advocacy and induce social changes.
